• Introduced by Sen. Dick L. Dearden (D) on March 10, 2009, to regulate various conservation and recreational activities under the administration of the department of natural resources, to modify fees, and to make penalties applicable. Provisions include snowmobiles, ATV’s, raptor hunting, commercial fishing, the capture of turtles, sport fishing, and wild turkey hunting, among others.
