Introduced by Rep. Jason Schultz (R) on February 4, 2010, to strike sexual orientation and gender identity from the definition of the term "trait or characteristic of the student" used for the purposes of protecting students in public and nonpublic schools from harassment and bullying.

Yes it is not beneficial for the students but there can be some modifications done in the bill so that it will help the purpose! After all the bills should be in favor of public welfare!

This so disoppointing fot children. They should take some extra steps to improve it's status.

H.F. 2291 does nothing to enhance the education of our children. It is irresponsible, at the very least.
