     This is a wrong by government .Unless businesses monitor air quality .The state has no right to tell people how to run private business. There has to be proof their is a health threat before the state can tell business owners how to maintain their business to make a profit .The state can mandate the business to monitor  air quality if allowing smoking .Splitting the cost of air monitors with the business .Obviously from the financial status of the state they certainly dont qualify as being able to tell others how to run a business . Many private businesses refuse to obey the law rather than suffer a loss of income . The constitution says the state will pass no law affecting an individual's unlimited right to contract .This law definitely does
